Recommended Dose (Adults): Take one (1) teaspoon (5 mL) per day, at or before bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For jet lag: take once a day at bedtime, while travelling, and at destination until adapted to the new time zone or daily pattern. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening.
