Refund policy

The products we market and distribute are sold and fulfilled through Amazon.ca. Because every order is placed and paid for on Amazon, returns and refunds are handled directly by Amazon under the Amazon.ca Returns & Refunds policy that applied to your order.

How to return an item or request a refund

• Sign in to Amazon.ca and open Your Orders.
• Select your order and choose Return or replace items.
• Follow Amazon's instructions. Amazon issues the refund to your original payment method within the timelines stated in their policy.

Because cureself.ca does not process payments or orders directly, we are unable to issue refunds for Amazon purchases ourselves.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged or isn't as described, start a return through Amazon as above. You are also welcome to contact us and we will help make it right.
