Why AOR Menopause Relief

A standardized fenugreek extract and Affron saffron extract, each studied at essentially the dose in this capsule - not a proprietary blend of undisclosed amounts.

Backed by Dose-Matched Research

Both actives in AOR Menopause Relief have been studied in peri-menopausal women at essentially this same dose - 250 mg fenugreek extract and 14 mg Affron, each twice daily - summarized in the research section below.

The AOR Difference

Two real medicinal ingredients at clinically studied doses in one vegan capsule - non-GMO, gluten-free and made in Canada.

Advanced Ingredients, Superior Results

Two real ingredients, each contributing a distinct role - here is what fenugreek and Affron saffron extract each bring to the formula.

Fenugreek Seed Extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum)

A standardized 20:1 fenugreek seed extract studied in perimenopausal women at this same 250 mg twice-daily dose, where it was associated with improvements in hot flashes, night sweats and mood, alongside shifts in estradiol, FSH and SHBG toward a more balanced hormonal profile.

250 mg per capsule (20:1 extract; DHE 5 g dry; NLT 10% protodioscin, NLT 3% trigonelline, NLT 30% total saponins)

Affron (Saffron / Crocus sativus Stigma Extract)

Affron, a standardized saffron stigma extract studied at this same 14 mg twice-daily dose in perimenopausal women, where it was associated with improvements in mood and psychological symptoms including anxiety and low mood, without a significant effect on hot flashes themselves.

14 mg per capsule (3:1 extract; DHE 42 mg dry; 3.48% crocin, 0.03% safranal)
