Why AOR Fem Calm

Chasteberry, rhodiola and ashwagandha combined with three supportive B vitamins - not a single-herb formula.

Backed by Real Ingredient Research

Chasteberry's hormone-normalizing effect, rhodiola's adaptogenic role and ashwagandha's stress-supportive properties are each summarized from real published research below.

The AOR Difference

Six real medicinal ingredients at meaningful doses in one vegan capsule - non-GMO, gluten-free and made in Canada.

Advanced Ingredients, Superior Results

Six real ingredients, each contributing a distinct role - here is what chasteberry, rhodiola, ashwagandha and the three B vitamins each bring to the formula.

Chasteberry Extract (Vitex agnus-castus)

A traditional herbal remedy for women's cycles, used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve premenstrual symptoms, as a hormone normalizer to help stabilize menstrual cycle irregularities, and to help relieve menopause symptoms like hot flashes - thought to act through dopamine-receptor binding that helps lower elevated prolactin.

20 mg per serving (10-12:1 extract)

Rhodiola Rosea Extract

A traditional adaptogen used to help the body resist the effects of stress and support mental and physical performance, standardized to its two key marker compounds, rosavin and salidroside.

144 mg per serving (1-6% rosavin, 0.8-3% salidroside)

Ashwagandha Extract (Withania somnifera)

An Ayurvedic adaptogenic herb studied for its role in supporting the body's stress response and emotional well-being, alongside chasteberry and rhodiola in this formula.

300 mg per serving (10:1 extract)

Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate)

The bioactive, ready-to-use form of vitamin B6, a cofactor the body needs to synthesize neurotransmitters like serotonin and GABA and one of the most consistently studied nutrients for premenstrual mood symptoms.

30 mg per serving

Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin)

The methylated, bioactive form of vitamin B12, supporting energy metabolism and the formation of red blood cells.

1 mg per serving

Folic Acid (as Calcium L-5-MTHF)

A bioactive, ready-to-use form of folate that helps in the formation of red blood cells and supports the body's ability to metabolize nutrients.

300 mcg per serving
